Gan Israel is a Jewish day camp that’s part of a large, global network. We’re known for our innovative and creative programs, and many of our campers can't wait to return each year. From our youngest campers to our older Pioneers, kids enjoy a variety of activities and field trips in a warm and spirited atmosphere.
Our Staff
Our staff is the secret to our success. We know that child development is the most important part of a healthy camp experience. Our experienced counselors are chosen for their warmth and their ability to care for each child individually. They are positive role models who build lasting friendships with our campers.
Camp Activities
Our camp sites are perfect for a full program of sports, games, and creative arts. We work to help each child develop skills and confidence. Campers can enjoy a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, soccer, and more.
In addition to sports, we offer a wide range of engaging activities. Campers can take part in hands-on projects, stories, games, and Shabbat parties that are all part of our unique experience. Each week, we focus on a different Jewish theme, brought to life through art and dress-up days.
On the Go
Every week, we go on exciting trips to popular spots like theme parks, laser tag arenas, museums, and bowling alleys. We also offer swimming twice a week under the careful supervision of certified Red Cross lifeguards, because safety is our top priority.
